    Different Types of Work Visas in the UK

    There are a number of different types of work visas that are available to people who want to work in the United Kingdom. Some of these visas are for skilled workers, while others are for people who want to start their own business in the UK.

    Skilled Worker visa

    Intra-company transfer visa

    Frontier Worker permit

    The Frontier Worker permit is for people who want to work in the agricultural or fishing industry in the UK. This visa is for people who are not from an EU or EEA country, and it is available to people who are aged 18-30.

    The visa is valid for up to two years, and it allows you to work in any job in the agricultural or fishing industry.

    Health and care worker visa

    The health and care worker visa is for people who want to work in the healthcare industry in the UK. This visa is available to people who are from an EU or EEA country, and it is also available to people who are from a non-EU or EEA country.

    Health and care worker visa holders can work in any job in the healthcare industry. The requirements and restrictions for this visa have recently been relaxed.

    Global Talent visa

    The Global Talent visa is for highly skilled individuals who cherish coming to the UK to work in their field. This includes scientists, mathematicians, and researchers. To be eligible for this visa, you must have an endorsement from a recognized body. This means that your work must be of benefit to the UK. You will also require to satisfy the other eligibility prerequisites, including having a certain level of English language ability.

    Investor visa

    The United Kingdom has an Investor visa for individuals who wish to invest in the country’s economy. The investment must be made into UK government bonds, share capital, or loan capital in established and active registered businesses.

    Temporary Worker visa

    The Temporary Worker visa is for those who desire to reach the UK for a specific job or period of time. There are several kinds of Temporary Worker visas. Make sure to check the visa you are applying for to catch if you require the eligibility requirements.

    Others

    Some other visa choices available for you include the Sole representative visa, Start-up visa, and Innovator visa.  These are all great options if you know exactly what type of business you want to do in the UK and can prove that your company is innovative and has good potential.

    For those with a creative entrepreneurial spirit and who wish to be their own boss, the Start-up visa is another fantastic choice. If you have a great idea for a business but don’t have the funds to get it off the ground, this visa could be perfect for you.

    The Innovator visa is also a great option if you have a business idea that is innovative and has good potential.
