    HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR NATURALLY?

    Choose your routine for your hair care products. Do not choose wrong gestures about hair products. To choose false products can cause headaches. Always consult hair experts and hairstylitics. Following are four tips to take care of your hair properly:

    In a world where hair care often involves a myriad of products laden with chemicals, there is a growing movement to return to natural and holistic approaches for maintaining healthy tresses. Taking care of your hair naturally involves embracing simple yet effective practices. Regular oil massages with coconut or argan oil can replenish moisture and promote shine. Incorporating a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals not only benefits overall health but also reflects in the vitality of your hair. Avoiding excessive heat styling and opting for air-drying or gentle methods contribute to long-term hair health. Natural remedies like aloe vera and hibiscus extracts can be potent allies in addressing specific concerns. By adopting a mindful and natural approach to hair care, individuals can achieve vibrant and lustrous locks while minimizing the environmental impact of their beauty routines.

    RULE 1: WASH YOUR HAIR WITH A MILD SHAMPOO

    First rule to have beautiful hair: you sort your bathroom and swap your conventional and chemical hair care with natural and raw products. Say goodbye to sulfates and silicones, hello vegetable oils and natural active ingredients!

    WHICH PRODUCT TO CHOOSE?

    For shampoos, we opt for a gentle cleansing product, adapted to our hair type:rebalancing and purifying for oily hair, nourishing for dry hair and moisturizing for hair naturally . We also take the opportunity to massage your scalp for a few minutes to stimulate blood circulation, accelerate hair growth and facilitate the penetration of active ingredients, like at the hairdresser!

    HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD YOU WASH YOUR HAIR?

    Everyday ? Once a week ? We often wonder how many times to wash our hair. In fact, the answer is not universal and will depend on the nature of your hair. If they tend to be oily, shampooing every other day will be recommended. If they are rather dry, once a week will be a good compromise to avoid drying them out even more. Normal hair will appreciate shampooing two to three times a week.

    RULE 2: MAINTAIN AND NOURISH YOUR HAIR REGULARLY

    To take care of your hair naturally, an oil bath is a must! It is indeed the ideal treatment to use in case of dry, damaged or devitalized hair. It consists of coating the hair with one or more vegetable oils, enriched or not with other active ingredients such as aloe vera gel or specific essential oils. Like a mask, you then cover your scalp with a hot towel and leave the oil bath for at least 1 hour overnight for the most damaged hair.

    If you have oily hair, don’t panic! Contrary to popular belief, the oil will not further grease your hair but on the contrary rebalance the production of sebum and purify the scalp.

    Among the vegetable oils ideal to use for hair, we recommend coconut oil, jojoba oil, castor oil or argan oil. The oil bath can be done once or twice a month, or even more, especially in summer when our hair is more exposed to the sun, chlorine or sea water.

    RULE 3: MOISTURIZE DAILY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR HAIR NATURALLY

    To have beautiful hair, our hair needs two elements: nourishing, but also moisturizing active ingredients!

    Integrating a moisturizer into your hair routine will help protect the hair from external aggressions throughout the day. It will also help seal in the hydration when a nourishing treatment such as vegetable oil is then applied. Moisturizing the ends is essential, especially when you have dry hair, curly or frizzy hair.

    Among the natural moisturizing active ingredients, we advise you to opt for aloe vera gel, flax gel or even honey.

    RULE 4: OPT FOR PROTECTIVE HAIRSTYLES

    To protect our hair from friction and the external environment such as wind, cold or sudden temperature changes in winter, we opt for protective hairstyles!
